1) The best way to communicate is by using the phone because it's a lot easier and faster than writing a letter.

I use my mobile phone for texting,playing games and attending online classes.

2) The person running makes the best use of their time because it keeps them in shape and it makes them feel better.

I would rather run than play games because it's a better use of my time.
