Dear Professor,
I want to tell you a few times how much I appreciate you. Although I was shy about English, you encouraged me to dare to speak the language; even if I was sometimes wrong, I could find permission from you.
I don't know if you remember me, but what you did this year was an extraordinary thing that helped me grow as a person, but also in English. Know that your work was not in vain, and I saw the fruits when I went this month, in the Netherlands, to an international volleyball tournament. We had to speak English, and I was very scared at first, but then I let go and a lot of things I learned this year helped me a lot.
So I appreciate the patience and love you have shown us, which has affected me in a positive way.
I also wanted to tell you that I dreamed of you twice, where you appeared as an encouragement to me, where I found understanding and trust. Although I have had few teachers who put their soul into what I do, I am grateful for everything you have done.
