Dear Jmes , i know is an important exam , but everything is going to be alright . First , you need to try to calm down . Step one after u anre less anxious = bring a glass of water and a snack to the table where u learn . Step 2 = turn off the music , it wont help you . Step 3= try making stikers so it could be esyer t learn . If u cant remember much things , take a shower or go for a short walk .
