The National Museum of Archeology and History of Moldova os the most important
museum in Moldova from the point of view of its heritage as well as of the scientific prestige.This museum has 320 thousand pieces of heritage , a type whose typology illustrates various history and transformations of Moldova over the centuries. The founding of the History Museum is dated 21 December 1983, it is in Chişinau .At the entrance to the museum is located the Wolf with Romulus and Remus.
On March 15, 2013, based on the Government Decision, the National Museum of Archeology and History of Moldova 'changed its title to the National Museum of History of Moldova.
