Speaking personally I think it's easier to work with people who take the initiative, ownership and responsibility. Everybody likes working with people that plan. I also believe that it's better to work with people that challenge your ideas with other ideas that are based on logic.
I also prefer people to be honest and not to hide matters under the carpet. Beacausr If you know the problems then you can work together to fix them.
Most companies prefer this type, hard-working, reliable and easy to communicate with.
